Florida Tax Exemption

The Florida Department of Revenue requires sellers of solar energy systems and/or components to document exempt sales. Therefore, the following form is to be completed and signed by the purchaser and kept on file by EnergyTronix Inc.

The undersigned hereby certifies that all equipment and requisite hardware purchased or leased from EnergyTronix Inc. is purchased or leased exclusively for the use in a solar energy system.
